OneSpace

OneSpace. Every property. One search.

Homes. Commercial. Industrial. Land. Investments. And more.

Four people searching on a tablet and a laptop. Tiles above them for homes, commercial, industrial, land, auctions, broker listings, local listings and property records all feed one search box.

Everything in one place

Property information lives in a dozen places. We put it in one box.

Homes, commercial space, warehouses, land, apartment buildings and auctions are usually scattered across separate sites. OneSpace is built to bring them into a single search and a single map, so you compare like with like.

  • Homes, commercial, industrial, land, multifamily and auctions
  • Broker listings, local listings and property records
  • One map, one set of filters, one way to save and compare

How it works

From “where?” to “this one” in four steps

  1. Say what you need

Type a place, or describe it in plain words: “3 bedroom home in Bangor under $400k with a garage.” OneSpace shows how it understood you so you can correct it.

  2. See it on the map

Results and the map move together. Pan to search an area, and switch on schools, parks, healthcare, shopping and transit around any property.

  3. Know why it matches

Every match score comes with its reasons: what fits your search and what doesn’t. Never just a number.

  4. Save and come back

Heart a property or save a search and pick up where you left off. Sign in and your saved items follow you across devices.

Six markets

One way to search. The details that matter in each market.

You learn OneSpace once. Each market then brings its own details: a home buyer looks at schools, an investor at cap rate, a logistics manager at dock doors.

Why OneSpace

Built so you never have to guess

The product principle behind every screen: the platform returns real, ranked properties and tells you how it got there.

  • One search, every market

Stop opening five sites to compare a house, a warehouse and a lot. Switch markets in one tap and keep your place.

  • A live map, not a picture of one

A real, pannable OpenStreetMap with neighborhood layers drawn from live public data: schools, parks, healthcare, shopping and transit.

  • Plain-language search

Ask for what you want in your own words. OneSpace tells you exactly how it read your request.

  • Matches that explain themselves

Scores list what fits and what doesn’t, so you can trust the ranking or fix it.

  • Facts with a source

Every fact is designed to carry where it came from and when it was last checked. Estimates are labeled as estimates.

  • Made for every screen

Phone-first, keyboard-friendly and built toward WCAG 2.2 AA, so searching works for everyone.

Who it’s for

Whether you’re finding a place or finding a buyer

  • Buyers and renters

Find a home that fits your life. Filter by what matters, see the neighborhood around it, and keep a shortlist.

    Search homes
  • Investors

Compare multifamily, commercial, industrial and land with the numbers investors use: cap rate, NOI, rent roll and zoning.

    Explore investments
  • Owners, brokers and auctioneers

Put a property in front of everyone searching, in one place, instead of posting it to a dozen sites.

    List a property

No guesswork

How OneSpace treats your data and your trust

Real estate decisions are big. These are the rules the platform is built on.

  • Licensed sources only

Listings come from owners, brokers and data providers who have agreed to share them. OneSpace never scrapes other sites, and every listing shows where it came from.

  • One property, one record

When several sources list the same place, OneSpace is built to merge them, so you see the property once, with every offer on it.

  • Nothing quietly invented

If a value is estimated or inferred, it’s labeled and the evidence is shown. The AI explains; it doesn’t make up facts.

  • Your listing stays yours

You keep ownership of your text and photos. OneSpace only has the license you grant to display them, and you can withdraw a listing any time.

Questions

Good questions

If yours isn’t here, write to us through the contact page.

Where do the listings come from?

From three places: owners, brokers and auctioneers who list on OneSpace themselves; brokerages and data providers who share feeds with us under an agreement; and public records. OneSpace doesn’t scrape other sites, and each listing shows its source. Read more on the How listings work page.

Do I need an account?

Not to search. You can search and save properties in your browser. You need a free account to list a property, to receive inquiries by email, and to keep saved items on every device.

Does it cost anything to list?

No. Create an account, confirm your email, add the details and photos, and submit. We review each listing before it goes live, and you can edit, renew or withdraw it any time.

Where does the map come from?

OpenStreetMap. The schools, parks, healthcare, shopping and transit layers are live OpenStreetMap data. Layers that need licensed or official data, like property boundaries, zoning and flood zones, arrive with data partners.

What is Ask OneSpace?

A plain-language search. Type what you want and OneSpace turns it into filters, shows you how it read your request, and ranks properties with the reasons for each match. It follows fixed rules; no AI service is involved.

I’m a brokerage or MLS. Can I share listings?

Yes. OneSpace connects to listing data only through agreements and licensed feeds, and shows your attribution. Contact us and choose “Data partnership”.
